I've got this one. Any luck with the response? It looks like we don't actually prevent multiple instances of red flags from the same user at the moment. There are probably good reasons to let people mention multiple different reasons for red flagging (which they'd currently do by raising multiple flags), but perhaps we should limit them to one open red flag at a time on a given publication and just let them select multiple reasons rather than letting them raise multiple
